I decided to test my skills by creating a Japanese-style building. I really liked the result, and there was certainly room for improvement, but for the first building of this type, it turned out really well.

I have plans to create a modular package in the future using this same idea. Old Japanese buildings are incredibly detailed, so it won't be easy, but I'm up for the challenge.

Don't be surprised by the size of the download file for just one building. BMP textures usually triple in size when you double the resolution. In this specific case, I had to separate the object into 7 materials to get acceptable quality. 6 materials have 2048x2048 textures and one has 1024x1024.

A 1024x1024 BMP image file is usually 3MB in size. If you increase it to 2048x2048, that size goes up to 12MB (9 each file), which is the reason for the exaggerated size of the .exrbr file.

All this accounts for 21 textures, with 3 image files for each material (Albedo, Mask and Normal).

If you want, you can reduce the size of the texture in an image editor, leaving all of them with 1024x1024, it's up to you.

All the windows have a lighting mask, in case you want to use them in nighttime environments.

The textures have dirt scattered all over the place, I wanted to simulate an abandoned building, the lighting effect of the windows will also have the same dirt effect.

The door has standard animations already configured by default.

This is not a low-poly object, even though I tried to reduce the maximum number of vertices possible, the fact that I used bevel significantly increases the size of the .FBX file, most of the vertices are on the roof.

The hue of the materials was slightly changed, make your own adjustments.

I hope it is useful in your project in some way, don't forget to read all the information on the page carefully.

You will receive an .exrbr file and can import it directly into BAKIN with all the presets made.

How to import .exrbr files:

To import .exrbr files into BAKIN, go to the "Resources>3D Stamps" menu and click "ADD". It is important to add through the "3D Stamps" menu and not the "Models" menu, so that all settings are made correctly.

If the object has custom animations or collisions, everything will be imported automatically.

Donations:

Please, consider donating any amount when downloading the files. My work is independent, your financial support is extremely important so that I can continue to make content available for free.

Donations are not cumulative to receive a commercial license, the license must be purchased separately.

To make organization easier, all objects are imported with their own folder, make sure to reorganize in your workspace, it is not interesting to have folders with only one object inside.
